The Process

We might do things a little different here at Front Line. We don't have a catalog that you have to browse through to pick colors or finish options that you might want. To us, that's not custom. We spend a lot of time talking to you on the phone, or e-mail, to get Your ideas on exactly what you want. Everything here is custom from the beginning to the end. We know from our twenty years of experience, that there are endless options. When it comes to exotic veneers, we are not limited to the twenty different options in a catalog. There are hundreds of options out there and it is our job to help you find those different options. If you want a picture of your mother on your drums, we will do that. We communicate with you through the whole process to dial-in the sounds that you are expecting to get out of your drums, and the ultimate look that tells you that it was built just for you.
